ReplyWell™ monitors your Google Business Profile for new reviews. When one comes in, our AI reads the review, understands the context and sentiment, and drafts a personalized response in your brand voice. You can approve it with one click, edit it, or let it auto-post for positive reviews.

2. Go to Settings and fill in your business profile
3. Choose your brand voice (how you want replies to sound)
4. Add your business location
5. Optional: add Business Facts so the AI knows key details about you

Business Facts are key details about your business that the AI can reference naturally in responses. For example: "Our chef Marco has been with us for 15 years" or "We just expanded our parking lot." When a reviewer mentions something related, the AI will weave these facts into the response — making it sound authentic and personal.

Yes. You choose a brand voice preset (Friendly, Professional, Fun, etc.) or write custom instructions. The AI also learns from your past approved responses and your Business Facts. Over time, every reply sounds more and more like you wrote it yourself.

Auto-Approve lets the AI post responses automatically without waiting for your approval. You set a minimum star threshold (e.g., 4-5 stars auto-post, 1-3 stars require manual review). This means positive reviews get instant responses while you still control how you handle negative feedback. You can turn it on or off anytime in Settings.

Absolutely. Every AI-drafted response appears in your dashboard for review. You can approve it as-is, edit it, regenerate a new draft, or skip it entirely. Nothing posts without your say-so (unless you've turned on Auto-Approve).
