These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ReplyWell ("we," "us," "our"), an AI-powered review response service available at www.replywell.ai. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.
If you don't agree, please don't use ReplyWell. We want this to be a great experience for everyone.
To use ReplyWell, you need to create an account with a valid email address. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind any business you register on behalf of.
ReplyWell connects to your Google Business Profile (with your permission) and uses AI to generate personalized responses to customer reviews. You can review, edit, and approve these responses before they're posted.
Important: AI-generated responses are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all responses before they are posted to your business profiles. We recommend reviewing every response to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.
Free Trial: New accounts include a 14-day free trial of paid features. No credit card is required to start.
Subscriptions: Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days notice.
Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
Refunds: We don't offer refunds for partial months. If you're unhappy within the first 14 days of a paid plan, contact us at [email protected] and we'll make it right.

ReplyWell uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to generate review responses. While we strive for high quality, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions.
You acknowledge that:
You own your business data, review content, and any customizations you make to AI responses. We don't claim ownership of your content.
You grant us a limited license to process your data as needed to provide the service (generating responses, storing reviews, etc.). See our Privacy Policy for details.
We aim for high uptime but can't guarantee 100% availability. We may occasionally have downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues. We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyWell's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost reviews, or business reputation impacts.
You can close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or a notice in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kentucky.
