The average reseller spends 15-20 minutes manually crosslisting a single item. Title, description, price, photos — copied from tab to tab, reformatted for each platform. Multiply that by 10 listings and you've lost half a workday to copy-paste.
QuickList cuts this to under 60 seconds. Here's exactly how it works.
What You Need
- Chrome browser
- QuickList extension installed (free)
- An existing listing on Poshmark, Mercari, eBay, or Depop
- Accounts on your target platforms
Step 1: Install QuickList
Install the QuickList Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store. It's free — no account, no API key required. You get 10 crosslistings per month on the free tier.

Step 2: Open Your Source Listing
Navigate to any existing listing on Poshmark, Mercari, eBay, or Depop. This is your "source" listing — QuickList will scrape all the data from it automatically.
Click the QuickList icon in your Chrome toolbar. The extension opens and immediately reads your listing: title, description, price, condition, category, and all photos.
Step 3: Select Your Target Platforms
QuickList shows you the platforms you haven't listed on yet. Check the boxes for where you want to crosslist: Poshmark, Mercari, eBay, Depop — any combination.
Each platform preview shows how your listing will appear. You can make platform-specific edits here if needed (different price for eBay, tweaked title for Mercari's search algorithm).
Step 4: Click Crosslist
Hit the Crosslist button. QuickList opens each platform in a background tab, fills in all the fields, uploads your photos, and submits the listing. You watch the progress bar move.
60 seconds later, your item is live on all four platforms.
Platform-Specific Tips
Poshmark: Category matters more than keywords. Make sure QuickList maps to the right department and category — it uses your source listing's category to auto-select.
Mercari: Condition and shipping weight affect visibility in search. QuickList pre-fills from your source, but double-check the weight if you're coming from Poshmark (which doesn't track weight).
eBay: Item specifics (brand, size, color, material) are critical for eBay search. QuickList extracts these from your title and description using AI — review them before submitting.
Depop: Hashtags drive discovery. QuickList generates relevant hashtags from your item description automatically.
Managing Sold Items
When an item sells on one platform, you need to delist it from the others to avoid double-selling. QuickList Pro includes auto-delist: when it detects a sold status on any platform, it removes the listing from the others automatically.
How Much Time Does This Actually Save?
If you list 20 items per week at 15 minutes each manually, that's 5 hours per week in copy-paste. With QuickList at 60 seconds each, that's 20 minutes total. You get back 4+ hours every week.
At a $25/hr opportunity cost, that's $100/week in recovered time for $19.99/month.
