HireFlow is a Chrome extension that helps recruiters score LinkedIn candidates against job descriptions, draft outreach messages, and build shortlists using AI assistance.
Job descriptions you provide: When you paste a job description, it is stored locally in your browser so it persists across browsing sessions. It is sent to our server only when you click "Score Candidate" to generate an AI assessment.
LinkedIn profile data: When you visit a LinkedIn profile, HireFlow reads publicly visible information from the page (name, headline, experience, skills, education) to enable candidate scoring. This data is processed locally in your browser and is only sent to our server when you explicitly click Score.
Shortlist data: Candidates you save to your shortlist are stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API. This data is not sent to our servers.
Subscription data: If you upgrade to Pro, your email is processed through Stripe for payment. We do not store your payment information.
When you click "Score Candidate," the job description and scraped profile summary are sent to our backend server (replywell.ai) which uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate a fit assessment. This data is processed in real-time and is not stored by us or Anthropic beyond the immediate request. No candidate data is retained on our servers.
All extension data (job description, shortlist, settings, usage count) is stored locally in your browser using Chrome's built-in storage API. No personal or candidate data is stored on our servers.
You can delete all HireFlow data at any time by uninstalling the extension or clearing extension storage. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time by contacting us.
